This session will explore the story of the real student experience, beyond what data metrics can tell you. The Students’ Union’s research on the behaviours and motivations of the student body is a useful tool to use alongside the regular data sets many Institutions are trying to understand. Hear about how we’ve challenged the Office for Students to think differently about Institutional performance and tell us your thoughts on the use of data in mapping student experience.
