The 2026 conference will be held at The University of Winchester.
Accommodation
- Residential tickets cover the nights of Wednesday the 8th and Thursday the 9th of April.
- Accommodation for the conference will be split across three hotels in Winchester.

Travel
- Winchester Railway Station connects Winchester with all major UK cities.
- The closest airport to Winchester is Southampton Airport.
- Southampton Airport is around 12 miles away from the University and is easily commutable.
Car Parking
- Parking on campus is limited, so we are only able to offer parking for delegates with mobility / disability requirements. We recommend that you use public transport where possible. To enquire please email sroc@winchester.ac.uk.

- Public Transport options from the railway station to The West Downs Centre.

Arrival and registration for the conference
- Day one: check in at your hotel, then make your way to the West Downs Centre Foyer where you may register for the conference from 3:30pm.
- If you are arriving late on day one please let us know in advance and then, make yourself known to one of the conference team upon arrival.
- Day two: a conference desk will be available in the West Downs Centre Foyer from 8:30am.
- Day three: a conference desk will be available in the West Downs Centre Foyer from 9:30am.
