Accommodation & Travel

The 2025 conference will be held at The University of Nottingham in the Jubilee Conference Centre.

Accommodation 

• Residential tickets cover the nights of Wednesday the 23^rd and Thursday the 24^th of April.
• Accommodation for the conference will be split across Jubilee Campus and Nottingham City Centre.

Travel

• Nottingham Railway Station connects Nottingham with all major UK cities.
• Coaches arrive into Broad Marsh Bus Station.
• The closest airport to Nottingham is East Midlands Airport.
  • East Midlands Airport is around 12 miles away from the University and is easily commutable by taxi.

Car Parking

• Parking on campus is limited, so we recommend that you use public transport where possible. To enquire please email SROC@nottingham.ac.uk.

Getting to the hotels on arrival

• Delegates will be supplied with a three-day bus ticket for use on Nottingham City Transport buses.
  • Delegates email addresses will be shared with Nottingham City Transport to facilitate this. These will be erased by Nottingham City Transport immediately post conference and delegates will be given the opportunity to opt-out before they are shared.
• Public Transport options from the railway station to The Jubilee Conference Centre.
• Walking directions from the railway station to Ibis Nottingham City Centre.
• Walking directions from the railway station to St James Hotel.
• Taxis are available at the station.

Arrival and registration for the conference

• Day one: check in at your hotel, then make your way to the Jubilee Campus, Business School South Foyer where you may register for the conference from 3:30pm.
  • If you are arriving late on day one please let us know in advance and then, make yourself known to one of the conference team upon arrival.
• Day two: a conference desk will be available in the Business School South Foyer from 8:30am.
• Day three: a conference desk will be available in the Business School South Foyer from 9:00am.
