Online Admissions Office is a significant project for Cranfield University and this session will look at the benefits of introducing an online solution to manage application decisions and reducing reliance on manual processes.
The session will also look at the challenges around taking an ‘out of the box’ solution (provided by Tribal - Online Admissions Office) and adapting this to support existing business processes.
The project has been managed using a series of ‘sprints’ to complete each part of the project, with developers and end users working together on each sprint using an agile approach. Has this agile approach been effective and has the project management evolved during the life-cycle of the project?
