In January 2018 Cranfield University formed the Student Experience Professional Service Unit (PSU). The formation of the PSU is helping to enable new initiatives to be developed in an increasingly collaborative way across the Institution, with customer experience at the forefront of the decision making process. Cranfield’s ‘Student Voice’ initiative was launched in October 2018 and is Cranfield’s commitment to engaging with students in diverse and interactive ways to ensure their voice directly informs enhancements within the University, both in regard to services and delivery.
