Abstract

Many moons ago (2013), a project was approved to migrate tasks from SITS client into e:Vision to improve data quality and to deliver a more intuitive platform to perform administrative tasks for staff and students. The project has so far seen the creation of a Quick Student Look Up Screen for all staff, Progression and award tasks and Extenuating Circumstances and Appeals all now on e:vision, with notification of transfers and withdrawals next on the list. We will tell you all about the challenges we have faced and the benefits we have experienced so far as well as a look at what else we still have planned (with no end in sight!).
