Abstract:

This session focuses on the importance of sleep and rest for wellbeing and performance. It incorporates the latest research into sleep and rest, and highlights a range of practical tips to increase the quality of your sleep and rest. It gives you the opportunity to create your own recipe for a better night’s sleep, as well as hone your rest.
