CRM in Lockdown - How we ran the project remotely

During the course of lockdown, Futureworks has began an ambitious project to implement a new CRM system. We have worked remotely with the supplier on negotiations and system selection, and worked to set up the project so that it can be managed completely online. In this session we will highlight what we have learned through this process, and what learning we will take forward into our next project - implementing a student records system.
