Working with Agile

This session will explore how Universities and Colleges, Third Party Software Vendors and Third Party Service Providers can work together to ensure that systems and services do what you need them to do, when you need them to do it. We will look at the advantages of agile methodologies, the challenges of working with frequent release patterns, and how we could build on the pace of change in 2020 to be better placed to respond to or pre-empt the demands on updates to Student Records Systems.
