A session covering how the HESA Student Record informs the planning cycle, and how the data informs outputs such as league tables, TEF, and HESES reconciliation. Attendees will gain an understanding of how to interpret the IRIS outputs, and identify data quality improvements and reporting methodologies that will impact league tables and TEF. There will also be an opportunity to explore the wider context of how student data is used for planning purposes.
