Setting Sail for the New World: transforming and future-proofing the student journey

The Higher Education sector has never faced so many significant and concurrent challenges in its illustrious history. Such challenges demand that we respond with collaboration and transformation so that we not only survive but thrive into the future. Within this plenary Dan Kidd will provide an overview of the work done to date on the Student Journey at the University of Wolverhampton – what has worked, and as importantly what has not. The informative and entertaining (as far as it can be!) plenary will offer up creative and implementable process and policy solutions to common Registry and student services challenges, outline what excellent leadership and communication look like, and detail their roles in bringing about impactful and lasting change.
