Report & Support - A Platform for Compassionate Casework

This session will introduce colleagues to Report + Support, an online platform that enables students to report concerns to the University.  

The session will also detail the journey taken by the University of Winchester Casework team to embed principles from the ARC Compassionate Communication Commitment as well as ensuring adherence to the OIA’s Good Practice Framework. 

Attendees will be encouraged to consider the pros and cons of different approaches to casework, maintaining a student-centred focus whilst also ensuring robust, evidence-based investigations.
