Purpose and Rationale
The Technical Validation Document was developed to address recurring issues in course setup, particularly around data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal and external reporting requirements. It was designed to:
• Ensure that key course-level data items are validated before setup.
• Embed technical checks within the quality assurance workflow.
• Reduce downstream queries and corrections post-setup.
• Enhance institutional confidence in curriculum data integrity.
