The Future of Exam Boards - Using our Systems Better

This session is being delivered as part of a QAA collaborative enhancement project that has been exploring current practice in the management of exam boards and confirming student outcomes. At SROC25 the student records community helped to surface the challenges faced with trying to use our systems more to support exam boards. At SROC26 we will share examples of institutions who have used their systems to improve practice, including online module ratification, configuring regulations into the student system, and developing wrap-around processes to remove exam boards altogether. The session will highlight key steps in the change journey, challenges encountered and lessons learned.
