In this presentation, we will take you on our journey from a chaotic Data Futures solution to a developed, fit for purpose system and how this was achieved via collaborative working with our Data Services team. We will discuss the technical improvements to our solution, how we went about improving data quality within our return process, the longer-term impacts this has had on our team and a discussion on where we go next.
