UoN wanted to develop a maturity framework for the university's student records system, Campus Solutions, and to develop a baseline survey to assess the state of maturity.

The development of the maturity assessment framework, and findings from the baseline survey provided key insights and surfaced important strategic questions for the Education and Continuous Improvement team to consider as they prioritise, sequence and phase continuous improvement activities.

In the context of maturity frameworks and continuous improvement programmes, how do we know when it's 'good enough'?
