Using tailored and responsive reporting to enhance student inclusivity

At the University of Nottingham, we have developed an operational reporting EDI dashboard that enables a user-determined list of student IDs to generate a bespoke dashboard. This is a self-service tool with in-built safeguards enabling us to meet the demand for a flexible tool. It supports colleagues around the University to better understand who is using their services and whether they are experiencing different outcomes, particularly with reference to protected characteristics. The potential to inform our policies, processes and practice and improve student experience are significant.
