At Loughborough University, equity, diversity and inclusion are really important to us, along with respecting students’ identities and preferences – these are key to our excellent student experience. Come find out more about how we are putting this into action through using students’ preferred names by default in our processes and systems and by introducing a pronunciation checker. The session, which will also touch on collection of personal pronouns and personal characteristics data, will be a presentation followed by group discussions to share ideas and good practice.
