Cost of living challenges and their impact on the student experience

Pulling together evidence from high profile sector surveys at undergraduate and postgraduate level, the presentation will focus on the growing evidence of how cost of living challenges are impacting significantly on the student experience and driving changes in how some students access their courses. This in turn is impacting perceptions of value-for-money and, in turn, the quality of the student experience. Survey evidence will be drawn from the Student Academic Experience Survey, the Postgraduate Experience Surveys (PRES and PTES) and wider polling in the sector, and delegates will have the opportunity to discuss the extent to which campus life has been impacted at their institution and to share examples of how institutions are responding to these challenges.
